Q: How do I fit The SMARTGYM Affiliate Program into my website?

Overview:

No matter how you integrate it into your website, we give you complete control.

You can have one of our banners on your site as the link to SMARTGYM.com OR you can just have a text link to us directly from your main page, or wherever you deem appropriate at your site.

We recommend that you link to us on your main page because of the exposure. For example; you could just have a SMARTGYM banner on your main page OR your could have SMARTGYM listed in your main menu (if applicable).

You may say something like:

"SMARTGYMŽ - the world's most versatile, and portable, total body fitness system that replaces an entire gym. Discover ACCELERATED weight loss and body shaping...at home, in just minutes a day. Choose from over 70 exercises to build calorie-burning lean muscle and get a fat-burning aerobic workout at the same time. Slash your workout time in half. Never miss another workout ever again...even when you travel."

We recommend the main page because it has the highest exposure to your visitors, and of course, the more people that click on your link to the SMARTGYM website, the more people who buy SMARTGYM, and the more money you make. This will be explained in more detail when you receive your Welcome Package after signing up and being approved.

Here are a couple of other pointers for listing SMARTGYM at your website.

Placing our banner(s) on your site:

This is the most common and easiest way to earn referral fees. Simply place a SMARTGYM banner on high traffic parts of your website for visitors to click on.

Subject-oriented websites:

Most websites, especially those that focus on a particular subject area, will want to set up a link on their main page used specifically to link to the SMARTGYM website. In other words, you would make SMARTGYM one of the navigation options (or "buttons") on your main page (main menu). It would look as if SMARTGYM is part of YOUR website, but it would really be going to our server.

Q: What if I don't have a website...can I still be successful with the SMARTGYM Affiliate Program?

Absolutely! All it takes is email marketing to drive huge numbers of qualified buyers to the SMARTGYM site, all of them carrying YOUR affiliate link with them, so you get credit for the sale when they purchase.

You could even host SMARTGYM parties where you invite people to your home for a hands-on demo. In my experience, once people actually get their hands on a SMARTGYM and feel its quiet power and effortless, smooth motion, they all say, "Wow, I want one!"

All you do is have inexpensive business cards made with your name and Affiliate URL, along with a brief product description/advertisement. Hand the cards out so visitors can order online using your Affiliate URL. And, if they sign up to become an Affiliate (you did, didn't you?), then you earn 5% on their sales as well!

Q: How will my visitors order?

Overview:

Simply stated, you link to the SMARTGYM website. In turn, we'll run everything for you by recording, processing, and fulfilling your customer orders.

Your visitors will visit your website and click on the link to the SMARTGYM webpage you present to them, OR they will click on the link in your email ad.
Either way, once at the SMARTGYM website, they order SMARTGYM by using our Secure Online Order Form.

They will receive their SMARTGYM via Priority Mail in the U.S. (2-3 days) or Global Express Mail outside the U.S. (3-7 days).

They will receive all customer service directly from SMARTGYM.com.

It's all hands-free for you. We do all the work and you receive a referral check every month for providing links to the SMARTGYM website.

In more detail:

First, your customers will browse your website and find the description of SMARTGYM that you have included in your pages, OR they will see your email ads. If your description or ad catches their interest and they wish to find out more, they will follow the link you provide to the SMARTGYM website. There they can get detailed information that demonstrates and explains the many benefits and features of SMARTGYM and the customer can order directly online.

Once the customer begins to finalize an order, the SMARTGYM ordering software takes over - running on our server. From this point forward, the customer will get complete customer service directly from the SMARTGYM website.

We will send each customer the SMARTGYM Fitness System by FedEx Ground (Global Express Mail for all orders outside the U.S.). We will handle all the financial transactions. Our customer service department will answer any questions or requests they have about their orders, including returns, as necessary.

Q: Will SMARTGYM.com supply me with product descriptions, banner ads, and product images?

Yes. Everything you need is provided absolutely free to you.

Q: Can we take the order on our website instead, and just send you the customer information afterward?

No. We are solely responsible for developing and presenting our product's descriptions and marketing materials. We must be able to update the site as necessary with new additions, new order processing options, price changes, etc. SMARTGYM.com cannot be responsible for any errors in your descriptions/images of the product, nor for any inaccuracies caused because you might not update your pages as often as we do. We also offer a secure website with a seamless ordering process which is essential in collecting online orders.

Q: How do you calculate referral fees?

Referral fees are earned on each sale:

Every order placed with the SMARTGYM Secure Online Order System, either through your Affiliate URL on your website or from within your email advertisements, will be eligible for a 20% referral fee ($12-$20, depending on the retail price at the time of purchase).
You will receive a 5% referral fee ($3-$5, depending on the retail price at the time of purchase) for any sales by sub-affiliates that you directly sponsored.

Q: How will you keep track of the orders coming from my site?

We will provide you with a special Affiliate URL that you will use to link to our site. This URL will identify a particular "Affiliate Username" which we use to track your referral fees as they are earned.

This "Affiliate Username" is chosen by you at the time you apply for the Affiliate Program and becomes part of your special Affiliate URL (so we can track your orders).

Note that we have very sophisticated software that goes beyond most other tracking software available.

To give you just the basics, we not only use cookies to store your Affiliate URL in the appropriate webpages for order tracking, but if the visitor's browser has the "cookies" feature turned off, our software falls back to CGI scripting to track the order. This insures that you get credit for EVERY order that is placed by visitors referred to us from your website or email advertising. We are a step ahead of most other tracking software out there. If you don't understand what "cookies" are, don't worry, we're just trying to explain to those people who have questions about this how we "cover all the bases" to ensure that you get credit for every sale generated through your Affiliate URL to the SMARTGYM website.

If someone visits the SMARTGYM website through your link to our site and does not buy a SMARTGYM right away, but returns later to purchase one, you will still get credit for that sale and earn your referral fee since the cookie stays in place. (And if they have their "cookies" turned off on their browser, our CGI tracking software will always point to your reference number if they bookmark us and return later to purchase). This is a very big advantage to you since you get paid referral fees for purchases in the future!

Q: How will I know how many SMARTGYMs were sold by the SMARTGYM website?

Once you join, we give you a special URL to a password-protected area on our server where you can view how many visitors have traveled from your site or clicked on an email ad to the SMARTGYM website and how many SMARTGYMs were sold on a daily basis. You will receive an email notifying you of each order moments after it is placed (for your records). You will receive your referral fee check on a monthly basis (we mail out checks on the 15th of the month for the previous months sales. Note that fees under $100 will be carried over to the next month and will be paid only when they total $100 or more).

Q: What kind of income can I expect?

It depends on the type of people that visit your site, how many visitors you receive monthly, and how much exposure you give your Affiliate link to the SMARTGYM website.
