HOW TO ORDER

Ordering at SMARTGYM.com is fast and secure. If you’re concerned about online shopping safety, please read our Security Guarantee. Follow these simple steps to place your order:

  1. Find the product you wish to purchase.

  2. To add the item to your shopping cart, click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button.

  3. You will automatically go to the Shopping Cart and see your product there. To change quantities, click in the "Quantity" field and type in the number you want and click "Update Qty."

  4. To continue shopping for other products:

    • Click the "Continue Shopping" button to go to the Home page; or

    • Click your browser's "Back" button to return to your exact previous location.

  5. When you finish shopping and want to check out:

    • Click  the "Purchase" button (if you are already on the Shopping Cart page).

  6. Fill out the shipping and billing address forms and click "Proceed to Secure Server to Finish Order." This takes you to the secure server where you can enter your credit card information.

    Note the "https://" designation in your browser's address window. "https" indicates that your credit card information is safe on our secure server.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders from within the state of California. California State law requires sales tax charged on the full amount of the order. Shipping and handling are considered part of the product, and by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated. Sales tax will automatically be added to your order when applicable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Shipping

Within the United States, we ship FedEx Ground. 

FedEx Ground will deliver your package within two to six business days (depending on your distance from the West coast) after we process and ship your order.  

NOTE: It usually takes us a day or two to complete, process, and ship a domestic order.

International Shipping

SMARTGYM orders outside the United States, excluding Canada, are shipped U.S. Postal Service Global Express Mail. Delivery usually takes three to ten business days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns

Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. All returned products should be in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging.

To return an item:

  1. Place the item in the original shipping box or package. If you have discarded the original shipping carton, you may return your order in any kind of packaging that protects the product.

  2. Include a copy of the original invoice.

  3. On the back of the invoice, indicate the reason you are returning the item (wrong or damaged product, or you changed your mind).

Refunds

We will issue a refund within five business days of receiving your returned order. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order.
