FedEx Ground will deliver your package within two to six business days (depending on your distance from the West coast) after we process and ship your order. NOTE: It usually takes us a day or two to complete, process, and ship a domestic order. International Shipping SMARTGYM orders outside the United States, excluding Canada, are shipped U.S. Postal Service Global Express Mail. Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days.
